Crumb cake with fruit

A cake made of crumble and other ingredients, topped with compote or even fresh fruit, baked in the oven.

Procedure:
1. Make a crumble with the sanding sugar, flour, butter and vanilla sugar
2. Remove one cup of crumble, add milk, egg and baking powder to the remaining crumble
3. Pour the batter onto a greased and floured baking tray, cover with fruit and sprinkle with the removed crumble
4. Bake for about 20 minutes at 170-180 °C.
Note:
A cup is about 125 g or also 0.25 l.
