Procedure:
1. Cut six buns into small pieces, moisten half of them with cream and fry half of them
2. Then they are put together, about two handfuls of white flour are added, eight beaten eggs are poured over them, salted and mixed
3. Only before eating are they boiled; the hands must be soaked in water, a piece of the dough is taken, rolled in the hands, thrown into the boiling water, and when they are all sufficiently cooked, they are taken out on a dish and covered with freshly heated butter.
