Potato dumplings prepared from part boiled and part raw potatoes and potato starch.

1. So boil 2/
3 potatoes, leave 1/
3 raw
2. Grate the raw potatoes and squeeze out the water, add the mashed cooked and cooled potatoes, add salt, add starch and form into balls that can be flattened to form a dimple in the middle
3. Cook for about 5 minutes until they float.
