Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Make a slurry of milk, salt and semolina, then stir in the eggs while hot and let them curdle
2. Fry the peeled and finely chopped onion in lard or melted and diced bacon, then pour it over the porridge
3. Serve as a separate dish with a bowl of salad or again with salad as a side dish with roasted sausage, sausage or smoked ribs.
