Soup prepared with pieces of old bread, butter, water, parsley and egg yolks.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the bread into cubes and fry in butter
2. When the bread is cooked, rub the soup through a sieve, add the chopped parsley and boil 2 raw egg yolks, do not cook the soup any further.
Recommendation:
Instead of water, we can use bone broth or masox cubes.
