Regional dish made of flour, yeast, milk, sugar and butter.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Crumble the yeast into the flour, season with salt and knead the dough with lukewarm milk, let it rise in a warm place
2. Make the dough into small balls about as long as your fingers and about 1 cm thick
3. Bake them on a baking sheet in a hot oven heated to 180-190 °C
4. Leave to cool and on plates pour hot milk over them, sprinkle with sugar and brush with butter.
