Lamb meat roasted in a fireproof dish with potatoes.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Remove the fat from the lamb, cut into cubes
2. Onions and potatoes cut into slices, salt and pepper
3. Simmer under the lid in the oven at a temperature of about 180 °C for about 2 hours, until the meat is soft.
Recommendation:
Supplement: Sprinkled with finely chopped parsley and vegetable salad.
