Procedure:
1. Fry peeled and sliced onion in lard
2. Add the diced meat, a few cloves of crushed garlic, the puree, bay leaf and cumin
4. After an hour, add peeled, washed and quartered potatoes to the stew and cook until tender, adding a little water if necessary
