Slovenian Steaks with Peppers and Tomatoes

Milled mutton, beef and pork meat seasoned with spices, fried in the shape of small steaks (meatballs), served on stewed peppers and tomatoes.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Grind the meat in a meat grinder, add finely chopped onion, ketchup, worchester, season with ground sweet and hot pepper, pepper, sprinkle with cold water, salt and thicken with breadcrumbs as needed
2. Use your hands to knead the mixture thoroughly
3. Form the meat mixture into small steaks, about 10-12 pieces
4. Fry them in hot fat for about 4 minutes on each side
5. Fry the bacon cubes in butter, add the sliced peppers, stripped of their cores, and the rounds of peeled tomatoes, simmer for a while 6. Serve the stewed Vegetable Recipes on preheated plates, on top of which place 2-3 pieces of minced steak.
Recommendation:
Serve fresh bread or variously prepared potatoes as a side dish, or even steamed rice.
