Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. 1. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes
3. Pull out a pancake from the rested dough, spread the minced seasoned meat sprinkled with chopped onion, roll it up and carefully transfer it to a greased baking sheet
4. Bake in a moderately heated oven at 170-180 °C, once the strudel turns pink, pour a cup of boiling water in which we have melted a little butter, cover and bake until all the water is absorbed.
Recommendation:
Serve with potatoes and salad.
