Serbian Djulbastia

Djulbastia or Serbian fillet is a simple dish popular in Czech restaurants in the second half of the last century. It is actually seared slices of real sirloin served with garlic.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut thicker slices of meat from the deblanched sirloin through the thread
2. Slightly tenderize the meat, season with salt and pepper, brush both sides with oil and place, stacked, in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours
3. Fry the slices of tenderloin in a frying pan
4. Brush the finished meat with finely grated garlic and serve with the remaining fat.
