Live roast from the baking dish

This originally Slovak dish does not have to be prepared only on the fire on a spit in foil, but also at home in a baking dish.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. 1. Brush the slices of meat with mustard, intersperse with bacon, paprika and tomatoes, alternating the types of meat, beef, smoked, pork, until you fill the baking dish
3. Pour the red wine over the meat, cover with the second baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 190-200 °C until soft, about 50-60 minutes.
Recommendation:
Serve with bread.
