1. Leave the fried chicken and giblets to dry, put the salted offal back into the chicken, sprinkle the meat with ginger, saffron, salt and pepper, put water in a pot and when it starts to boil, put the whole chicken in it, which is coated with pieces of butter, cook for about 1 hour, turning the meat in the pot occasionally during cooking
2. Take out the pre-cooked chicken and let it cool down, then cut it into smaller pieces
3. Melt about 50 g of butter in a saucepan, add sweet paprika and Greek cumin, brush the sauce over the chicken pieces and offal, place on the grill and grill until golden brown.
