We recently cooked a great recipe for pork liver preparation. It comes from Chinese cuisine. Definitely worth trying!

Ingredients:

600 g of pork liver 20 g of dried Judas ear 4 pcs garlic cloves 1 pk leek 2 tbsp red dessert wine 2 tbsp starch meal 2 tablespoons of meat broth 2 tablespoons soy sauce minced ginger sugar oil salt

Procedure:

Cut cleaned liver into noodles, coat in starch flour, fry in oil

After a minute add chopped leek, chopped garlic and pre-soaked sliced Judas ear

.Pour in the dressing, which is made from soy sauce, wine, stock, ginger, salt and a pinch of sugar

Simmer until a small amount of juice separates from the fat

The hot dish can be spiced up with a few drops of chilli sauce and served with rice.

Recommendation:

Poultry liver can be prepared in a similar way. Leeks can be substituted with chopped Chinese cabbage.
