Wakame Seaweed Salad

Soaked, then boiled seaweed, cut into strips and mixed with rice vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, chilli and roasted sesame seeds.

Procedure:
1. Rinse and soak the seaweed in water for 10 minutes, then boil for 20-30 minutes, let it drain thoroughly
2. Cut the cooked seaweed into noodles and add the soy, vinegar, sesame seeds, sugar and chilli to the bowl
3. Stir everything together and preferably serve immediately
