Lebanese salad with roots from all over Arabia prepared with bulgur, which can be replaced with couscous, tomatoes, shallots and other ingredients.

1. Cook the bulgur according to the manufacturer’s instructions and let it cool (you can substitute couscous)
2. Add diced tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped onion, smooth parsley and mint, lemon juice, pepper and olive oil to the cooked wheat

Make the sauce.

This salad is often served with grilled or roasted cuts of meat.
