Recipe from Japan for a sweet dessert made from egg yolks, sugar, plain flour, honey, egg yolks and dessert wine.

1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until stiff, whip the egg whites into a stiff snow
2. Add the flour and snow alternately to the bowl with the beaten egg yolks and sugar
3. Finally, stir the honey and wine into the mixture
4. Transfer to a greased and floured baking tin and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.
