Chicken noodles with spicy sauce.

Procedure:
1. Cook the chicken in lightly salted water until tender, let it cool
2. Remove the bones from the cooled chicken, cut into noodles
3. Cut the washed fresh cucumbers into noodles
4. Arrange the sliced cucumbers on a bowl and then the chicken meat seasoned with ginger, garnish with a piece of chicken breast
5. Pour the sauce made from dessert wine, salt, vinegar, oil, glutasol and soy sauce over the bowl.
Note:
Glutasol: Not a condiment, but a flavoring agent used in most dishes, soups, sauces, savory omelets, sausages. It must not be cooked for a long time. It has no taste of its own, but it enhances every flavour. Therefore, it can also be used in pickling meat.
