Spicy Indian Soup

Soup of onion, garlic, spices and other ingredients, very spicy!

Procedure:
1. In a saucepan, fry the peeled, finely chopped onions in heated oil, stirring constantly, for about 8 minutes to make the onions golden and soft
2. Add the peeled garlic cloves, grated ginger, cleaned, finely chopped chillies, ground cumin, coriander, cinnamon, turmeric and fry for about 2 minutes
3. Then add sliced tomatoes, beans, add water to make a thick soup, bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes to thicken the contents
4. Then mash with a potato masher to make the soup thicker, add salt to taste and serve with yoghurt, coriander and pita bread.
