Toasted Spaghetti

The original name of this Japanese recipe is “Jaki soba”. It is pre-cooked spaghetti, sautéed together with chicken or pork, garlic and Vegetable Recipes in a very hot pan.

Procedure:
1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions, then quickly rinse it with cold water and let it drain and dry really well
2. Cut the meat into small pieces, cut the cleaned Vegetable Recipes on a slant into noodles, garlic and mushrooms into small slices
3. Heat the oil in a large deep pan and put the garlic in it, let it fry slightly, then add the meat, mushrooms and Vegetable Recipes, fry everything until the Vegetable Recipes soften
4. Add the thoroughly wilted spaghetti and sauce, stirring quickly for about 30 seconds
5. Serve hot!
