Butter Paratha

Recipe for pancakes inspired by Asian cuisine. Serve with yoghurt or creamy garlic dip, as a side dish to salads, spreads or just like that, without anything.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Heat the water and melt the butter in it
2. Let cool
3. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl and gradually add the water and butter to form a dough
4. Turn out onto a floured board and work until smooth
5. Divide into 12 pieces, form into loaves and let rest for 15 minutes
6. Then roll each loaf into a circle, spread with butter, fold into a half circle, spread with butter again and fold again, this time into a quarter circle
7. Roll out lightly and fry in hot oil. Leave to drain on a paper towel.
Recommendation:
We also tried the Wallachian style, with puddings and sour cream.
