Chicken Liver on Mushrooms

Recipe originally from India for chicken liver mixed with mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, garlic and white yoghurt, seasoned with garam masala, turmeric, salt, ground cumin and coriander.

Procedure:
1. Wash and clean the chicken liver, finely chop the peeled garlic and onion, chop the washed tomatoes into small pieces and slice the mushrooms
2. Heat the butter in a pan, add the onion and garlic and fry until brown, then add the tomatoes and the spices garam-masala, turmeric, ground cumin, ground coriander and sauté together for 5 minutes
3. Finally, add the chicken livers and white yogurt, season the mixture with salt and simmer for about 20 minutes until the chicken livers are soft
5. Serve the finished braised chicken livers with mushrooms warm with steamed rice
