Chicken with Yoghurt Indian style

Indian recipe for grilled chicken marinated in yoghurt flavoured with garlic, cardamom and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Cut the cleaned chickens into quarters (leave them whole when grilling on the barbecue), wash and dry
2. For the marinade, put the white yoghurt, peeled garlic clove, ginger, chilli spices, cardamom, ground cinnamon, salt, bay leaves in a bowl and mix everything together
3. Then remove from the marinade, place on the grill and slowly roast, turning and basting with the marinade.
Recommendation:
Serve with steamed rice.
