Turkey Noodles with Mango and Pineapple

Indian dish. Turkey noodles sauteed with mango and pineapple, seasoned with turmeric, curry powder and ginger. Recipe from the show VIP Simply by Saskia Buresova.

Procedure:
1. Cut the turkey breast into noodles, salt and pepper them
2. Fry them in well heated oil, remove the fried pieces
3. In the same pan, fry finely chopped onion and garlic, add diced mango, season with spices, pour broth and cream
4. Cook the base for a few minutes until thickened, then add the meat and pineapple cut into noodles

Recommendation:
As a side dish we usually serve boiled rice.
