Carp portions fried in oil, sauteed with onions, hot peppers and coconut, seasoned with lemon juice.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Salt the carp fillets lightly and fry sharply in oil on both sides
2. Remove the fried meat and fry finely chopped onion and halved, pitted hot pepper in the same oil
3. Covered with a lid, simmer until tender
5. Drizzle the finished dish with lemon juice.
Recommendation:
Serve cooked rice as a side dish.
