Indian Potatoes with Peas

Stir-fried onions with spices, mixed with fried potato slices and peas, garnished with coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. In a large pan, heat oil, add peeled finely chopped onions and fry them, stirring occasionally
2. In a bowl, mix the grated garlic, finely chopped ginger, ground chilli, turmeric, salt and cleaned, finely chopped chillies
3. Add the prepared spice mixture to the onions in the pan, stir in 150 ml of water and simmer, covered, until the onions are cooked through
4. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes, each into 6 slices, then add to the mixture in the pan and stir-fry for 5 minutes
5. Then add the peas, another 150 ml of water and simmer, again covered, for 7-10 minutes.
