Hanoi Soup with Beef

Soup originally from Vietnam prepared with bone broth, beef, onion, leek, spices, shrimp and wide noodles, served garnished with peppermint leaves.

Procedure:
1. Rinse, clean and slice the beef into thin slices
2. Cut the peeled onion and cleaned leek into small cubes
3. After the broth has cooked for a while, add the onion and leek, season with glutasol and cook until the Vegetable Recipes are soft
5. Meanwhile, cook the wide noodles and frozen shrimp separately in lightly salted water
6. Place the noodles and prawns in soup bowls as an insert, then pour over the finished broth, garnish with fresh mint leaves, drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
