Beans with coconut

Recipe originally from India for beans sautéed in onion with ground coconut, seasoned with curry spices and salt.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Clean the beans, cut off the ends and boil in lightly salted water until almost tender, then drain, rinse with cold water and drain
2. Then heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onions, then add the beans, coconut, curry powder and salt to taste, then pour in a little broth and simmer over low heat until tender.
4. Serve the beans and coconut immediately while still warm.
