Small baked cakes made of flour, almonds and other ingredients, dipped in white chocolate icing, decorated with rainbow balls.

Procedure:
1. 1. boil the almonds in hot water, dry them in a cloth and remove the skins, chop them coarsely, grate the cleaned carrots finely
2. Sift the plain flour and icing sugar into a bowl, add baking powder, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, beaten eggs, grated carrots, chopped almonds and softened herring cut into smaller pieces, mix well
3. Then scoop small scoops of dough with a spoon, spread them at regular intervals on baking sheets lined with baking paper, place in a preheated oven at 180 °C and bake for about 20 minutes
4. Melt the white chocolate icing and dip the cooled cookies halfway into it, then spread the half-dipped cookies on a metal rack and sprinkle some of them with rainbow balls and let the icing set.
