Fried Alligator

A snack from Cuba, fried pieces of alligator meat.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Mix the alligator meat, cut into cubes (literally into individual bites just right for your mouth), with garlic, salt and pepper (amount to individual taste)
2. Mix the beaten eggs with milk and stir well
3. Dip the cubes of meat coated in flour into the egg mixture and fry (fry) at a temperature of about 160 °C.
