Pita Bread with Chicken and Vegetable Recipes

Light vegetable mixture seasoned with herbs, mixed with fried chicken pieces, served in pita bread.

Ingredients:

1 package of chicken breast fillets (such as DZ Klatovy) 4 pcs of tomatoes 4 pcs of pita bread 1 pc iceberg lettuce 2 handfulsrucola 2 handfuls of basil 1 handful cilantro 1 handful chopped chives 1 bunch spring onions olive oil pepper salt white yogurt for flavoring

Procedure:

Wash the chicken, cut into pieces, salt and pepper and sauté in a drizzle of olive oil

Wash and dry the greens, chop the tomatoes and spring onions, and tear the lettuce and arugula

.Mix everything together and add basil, coriander and chopped chives

Salt and pepper to taste and drizzle with olive oil

Cut the pita breads to make pockets, which we fill with the mixture

Finish with white yoghurt.
