Chicken with Spicy Sauce

Cuban recipe for roast chicken covered with spicy sauce.

Procedure:
1. Clean and dry the chicken and finally season it with pepper and light salt
2. Prepare a sauce for the rub with 3 dl of water mixed with vinegar, add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ketchup, chilli and pepper
3. Brush the chicken with garlic rubbed with salt and fry it in butter on all sides
5. Put the reddened chicken in an oven heated to 190 °C and bake until tender, frequently basting it with the prepared spicy sauce and occasionally basting with broth.
