Spanish Tomato Soup

Tomatoes cooked in chicken broth, squeezed back into the soup, served with an insert of homemade noodles, garnished with grated cheese.

Procedure:
1. Pour the hot broth over the sliced tomatoes and simmer until soft
2. Drain the broth and strain the tomatoes through a sieve back into the broth
3. Add the separately cooked noodles
5. Sprinkle the soup on the plate with grated cheese.
