Iceberg lettuce with dressing

Plucked iceberg lettuce leaves topped with yogurt and mayonnaise dressing mixed with tangerine juice.

Procedure:
1. Prepare the dressing; mix the yoghurt with mayonnaise, olive oil and juice of the mandarin and lemon, season with sweet ketchup, maggi and crushed garlic
2. Leave the washed salad leaves to drain thoroughly, then toss with the dressing and serve immediately.
