Tomato sauce from fish broth

Recipe originally from Russia for a sauce suitable for cooked fish.

Ingredients:

1/2 l fish stock 30 g butter 1/2 pcs petrels 1/2 pcs carrots 1/2 pcs onions 3 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp smooth flour salt

Procedure:

1. Saute the cleaned, finely chopped Vegetable Recipes and onions in half a batch of butter, dust with plain flour, fry lightly, stir in the tomato paste and pour in the stock
2. Whisk everything together and boil until the sauce is thick
