Simmered mushrooms, chopped and mixed with sautéed onions and spices.

Procedure:
1. Stew the cleaned mushrooms in a little salted and acidified water in a small saucepan
2. Drain them and chop them finely after draining
3. Fry finely chopped onion in hot oil, cool, mix with mushrooms, ground pepper, salt, lemon juice, let it sit for a while
4. Before serving sprinkle with finely chopped chives.
