Salzburg gnocchi

Baked gnocchi made with egg whites, egg yolks, plain flour and sugar.

Procedure:
1. Grease a large fireproof dish heavily with butter and put some more butter in the bottom
2. Beat the egg whites into stiff snow, whisk in the sugar, then lightly fold in the egg yolks, plain flour and shape into 4 large gnocchi and place the dough into the preheated bowl
3. Bake the gnocchi in a moderately heated oven for about 5-7 minutes
4. Sprinkle the baked gnocchi with vanillin sugar and serve immediately.
