Mazurek with chocolate glaze

Procedure:
1. Sift the plain flour with icing sugar and baking powder onto a rolling pin, add the finely chopped margarine and mix
2. Add the egg yolks and cream and quickly work into a stiff dough, which you divide into 3 parts
3. Roll out two thirds of the dough into a rectangle, transfer to a baking sheet, cut the edges straight and brush with egg white
4. Bake the cake in a well heated oven (200 °C) and let it cool
6. Pour the chocolate icing over the cake and decorate with cherries or candied orange peel.
Prepare the chocolate glaze. Add the butter to the mixture and after a moment add the cocoa and cook until the mixture is thick enough.
