Procedure:
1. Peel the garlic cloves, cut 1 in half lengthwise and chop the rest finely
2. In a frying pan, in 40 g of melted butter, fry half the garlic and the cubes of veka until golden brown
3. Heat the remaining melted butter with the chopped garlic, add finely grated Parmesan and heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly
4. Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender, then drain it (catching 100 ml of water) and let it drain, then add the spaghetti to the cheese sauce, stir in the pasta water, salt and pepper
