Milk Soup

Great soup from Italian cuisine to use milk, for example from carp, but also other white fish.

Procedure:
1. Fry diced onion in oil, add chopped celery, garlic, peeled and diced tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes
2. Pour in wine, add water and cook until the tomatoes are soft and mashed
3. Add the chopped milk, turn down the heat and cook gently so as not to boil it
4. Finally, season the soup with lemon juice, salt and pepper, if necessary
5. Pour the hot soup into plates, sprinkle with chopped basil and top with toasted cubes of bun.
