Spicy Crostini

Crostini, or small toasts, are a typical Italian appetizer made of toasts covered with cheese, meat or Vegetable Recipes. They are also often spread with various spreads.

Procedure:
1. 1. Let the onions fry in hot oil, then add the peppers, ground cumin on the tip of a knife and pour the broth, cook under the lid for 10-15 minutes
3. Beat the slightly cooled mixture with a hand-held stick blender to a puree
4. Season the spread with salt and chilli and leave to cool completely
5. Leave the rinsed chickpeas to drain in a sieve (1 tablespoon to reserve for garnish), cut the peeled garlic into small cubes, wash the parsley, dry it, tear the leaves and roughly chop half of them 6. Whisk together the chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, chopped parsley, 6 tablespoons of olive oil and 4 tablespoons of water to make a chickpea puree. Toast the sesame seeds in a dry pan until golden brown, remove them and let them cool down
8. In a frying pan, toast the baguette slices in hot fat, brush 4 slices with paprika spread which can be sprinkled with whole cumin seeds, brush the rest of the toasted baguettes with chickpea spread and drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds and chickpeas
9. Serve the toasts garnished with parsley leaves.
