Lasagne with minced meat II.

From sheets of lasagna dough and meat mixture mixed with other ingredients prepared a famous Italian dish.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Add the minced meat to the onion and fry it, stirring occasionally, pour over half the tomatoes and simmer slowly, basting with water as needed
3. Prepare a light roux from the butter and flour, pour in the milk and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly
5. Pour in the cream and let it come to the boil, season the sauce with veggies or salt and let it cool down
6. Place the lasagne sheets in a buttered baking dish, pour some of the sauce, some of the meat mixture and finally the lasagne sheets again, repeat the process, finish the layers with the white sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese
8. Bake the lasagne in a preheated oven at 190 °C for about 30 minutes
9. Let the finished lasagne stand for 5 minutes and then serve with tomato sauce.
Preparation of tomato sauce:
Briefly simmer the second part of the crushed tomatoes in 1 tablespoon of oil, season with pepper, salt and basil.
Recommendation:
