Bruschetta with tomatoes

A mixture of tomatoes and other ingredients served on toasted baguettes.

Procedure:
1. Cut the tomatoes crosswise, boil briefly, cool and peel
2. Peeled tomatoes cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into cubes
3. Peel the garlic, crush and mix with the chopped tomatoes, salt the mixture
4. Toast the baguette slices on the grill on both sides until golden brown
5. Brush the toasted baguettes with olive oil and top with the tomato mixture
6. Finally, season the bruschetta with good mint and preferably freshly ground pepper.
