Hungarian Pork

Belly cubes stewed in onion base with carrots, peppers and other ingredients, washed down with beer.

Ingredients:

800 g of pounded pork belly 200 ml light beer 2 tbsp breadcrumbs 6 pcs peppercorns 4 pcs allspice balls 4 pcs of garlic cloves 3 pcs pepperoni 3 pcs onions 2 pcs caprices 1 pcs carrots ground pepper vegetable fat ground pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Cut the leaner pork belly into cubes, salt, pepper and fry in heated oil with fried peeled, finely chopped onions
2. Add the cleaned peppers and hot peppers cut into noodles, cleaned, sliced carrots and dust everything with ground paprika
3. Then add the peeled garlic cloves, rubbed with salt, peppercorns, allspice, pour half of the light beer and simmer slowly under the lid
