Cold Cherry Soup

Recipe from Germany for a delicious cold fruit soup.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sprinkle the cherries with sugar, stir in the rinsed and steamed raisins
2. Bring part of the milk to the boil, stir in the starch flour dissolved with the remaining milk, bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes
3. Season the cream with vanilla sugar, soften with egg yolk whisked in 2 tablespoons of milk, add salt, pour over the cherries and raisins and cool
4. Before serving, sprinkle the soup with steamed, peeled and sliced almonds.
Recommendation:
The soup can also be prepared with other fruits.
