Burgundy Ham

Stronger slices of cooked ham warmed with a creamy wine sauce.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Spread the ham in the greased fireproof bowl in which you will also serve it
2. In a bowl, fry the finely chopped onion in butter until golden brown, then add the wine and vinegar, let it simmer for a while
3. Once half of the contents have boiled, thicken the rest with cream, add tomato paste, grated nutmeg, pepper and salt
4. Finally, soften the sauce with the egg yolk, stir it and press it on the ham
5. Let everything heat for about 20 minutes, but do not boil it anymore.
Recommendation:
Serve the ham prepared in this way with slices of white bread or rice.
