Carrot Dumplings II

Dumplings made from a variety of ingredients are a popular addition to broths, try the French ones made from turkey bones.

Ingredients:

about 100g of 2 turkey bones 1 tbsp parsley 1 piece of egg crust of 6 pieces of sliced veal white pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Shake the morel off the bone, mix with the crumbled lid
2. Add the parsley, egg, salt and white pepper, work everything thoroughly
3. Form small balls the size of hazelnuts, let them marinate in the clear broth.
