Crème brûlée

Create your own Crème brûlée at home. This recipe for delicious vanilla cream comes from France.

Procedure:
1. Melt the white chocolate in a water bath, leave the sliced gelatine to swell, then squeeze it out, separate the egg yolks from the whites and beat with the icing sugar and butter
2. Beat the cooled chocolate with the egg yolk foam until smooth, heat the rum, add the squeezed gelatine and melt it
3. Remove 2 tablespoons of the chocolate mixture, add it to the gelatine, carefully add the coloured gelatine to the chocolate mixture, prepare the caramel from the granulated sugar (let the sugar melt slowly in a pan over the heat)
4. Remove the caramel from the heat source and stir in the liqueur, return the pan to the stove for a few seconds and heat until a smooth cream forms
5. Place half of the caramel in a cup and mix with the dried fruit, whisk the egg whites into the snow and add to the chocolate mixture, divide the caramel and dried fruit into the bottom of the glasses
6. Layer the white chocolate cream, pour the other half of the caramel on top, press the meringue into it
7. Put the glasses in the fridge to chill for at least 2 hours and serve.
