Williams potatoes (Pommes Wiliams) are decorative croquettes of French origin named after the Williams pear variety. Serve as a side dish with venison, steaks, steaks, etc.

Procedure:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and boil until soft, then drain the water and mash the warm potatoes
2. Add the yolks, coarse flour, grated nutmeg, pepper and salt, make a dough 3. Form the prepared dough into pears, which we wrap in a classic triple wrap, i.e. in plain flour, egg and breadcrumbs, use a piece of spaghetti as a stem, make a bubble out of a clove
4. Fry the shaped pears in a deep fryer until golden brown.
