Bulgarian Apples

Sweet dessert with vanilla cream.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Combine the milk, starch meal, softened butter, sugar, egg yolks and vanillin sugar and beat over steam until thick, beating until foamy when cool
2. Stir in grated almonds, nuts, sieved, rinsed, drained raisins and fill into washed, hollowed out apples
3. Place the apples in a buttered pudding tin, pour the wine over them and simmer under the lid until tender
4. Put the cooled apples into cups, cover them with jam and pour the hot wine in which the apples were simmered.
Recommendation:
– Buy them in a semi-finished goods store or prepare the baskets with 120 g of plain flour, 60 g of butter, a pinch of salt and a little water.
